What are my payment options?
Blue Tulip accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
May I use my coupon that I received in the mail?
At this time, coupons may only be redeemed in our store locations.
May I use a gift card as payment?
At this time, Blue Tulip gift cards are redeemable only at our store locations.
May I purchase a gift card online?
At this time, Blue Tulip gift cards are sold only at our store locations.
Does sales tax apply to my order?
The applicable sales tax will be added to your order if you are shipping to the following states: CT, MA, NJ, NY, PA and VA.
May I order custom invitations online?
At this time, custom invitation orders may be placed at our store locations only. Our in-house invitation designer can help you create the perfect invitation for your event. Click here to view our store locations.
I am a customer, but have forgotten my password.
To obtain your password, go to My Account and select Forgot Password. Enter your e-mail address and first name. Blue Tulip will then e-mail the details of your account, including your password.
Is it possible to cancel my order?
Yes – if the order has not yet been shipped from our distribution center. Please contact customer service at 1.866.934.1300.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Ground - allow 5 - 8 business days
2nd day – allow 2 business days for orders placed before 12 noon EST
Next day – allow 1 business day for orders placed before 12 noon EST

Will I need to allow additional time if my order is personalized?
Yes. For personalized orders, add 4 - 5 additional business days for processing your order.
How do I track my order?
All of our packages are shipped via UPS. Shipping confirmation, including a tracking number, will be e-mailed to you upon completion of check-out.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Blue Tulip ships only within the continental US.
Can you ship to several recipients in one order?
At this time, each recipient requires a separate order.
Returns
What is your return policy regarding an incorrect or damaged product?
Blue Tulip proudly stands behind all of our products. Customer satisfaction is our first priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or gift please contact Blue Tulip Customer Service at 866.934.1300 to obtain a return authorization (R.A.) number. Once you have an R.A. number, please complete the return form on the bottom of the packing slip and repack the gift in the original packaging, if possible. Personalized gifts and shipping costs are not eligible for exchange or refund unless damaged in transit. Additionally, we are unable to refund gift wrap services.
May I return the item to the nearest store?
Yes. You may also return your purchases at any of our store locations. Remember to bring the packing slip/receipt and we will exchange the item, issue a store credit or refund the full amount. Click here to view our store locations.
